Bean Burrito Illness Persists

My son ate a bean burrito 2 weeks ago woke up sick the next morning. He's still sick everyday he's had vomiting and has diarrhea. All of his vomit and diarrhea have whole beans inside it. He's been complaining of stomach pain and headache. I will be taking him to the Emergency room now.

food took forever and when we recieved it .. it was cold got home my kids complained of stomach pains and throughout the night started vomiting

tuesday 12 oclock november 14 it was severe had to call ambulance er dr said it was the worst case of food poison he has seen.
