My pregnant fiancé and I had breakfast tacos this morning nothing else, we both proceeded to get extremely nauseas and proceeded to throw up in our car. And now I have to take my pregnant fiancé to the ER because of it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
