Last night we ordering milkshakes ranging from strawberry, chocolate and vanilla flavors. Everyone had diarrhea within 4-5 hours and one person had a fever, headache and chills along with the diarrhea. Had to be milkshakes! Never going back!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills
