I ordered a minibowl with two bases. I had potatoes and lentil and I usually get falafel, but got chicken this time. I got sick that night December 10th. Vomitting terrible abdominal cramps diarrhea chills and fever. I'm still sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
