Ate pizza with bbq sauce, steak, onions and peppers. Also had the jalapeño/pineapple chicken. Felt sick about an hour after eating it and vomited about 2 hours later. Nausea Diarrhea and cramping still the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
