Ordered carry out pizza yesterday 11/4 at 4:30pm. I was the only one in my family who ate the pineapple and ham pizza and woke up at 4:30am with excruciating stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea and dry heaves. Still in pain and feeling nauseous right now several hours later.

The second visit my wife made. The first time order was given to someone else. When sitting in place waiting for new ones to be made I noticed employees were not wearing gloves when handling food and wiping their faced and putting hands back into food. I…
