Pan Pizza Causes Illness

My husband and I ate a pan pizza with bacon and mushrooms and our sons had a hand tossed with sausage and beef. Only my husband and I got food poisoning. Severe diarrhea for two days that STUNG so bad. I’m now dehydrated and have had a severe headache for 4 days.
