Food Safety Reports: Domino's Pizza, Babcock Road, San Antonio, TX, USA

I ordered dominos 9/27/18 at 10pm or so. Started feeling ill the next day early in the morning. By late evening 9/28/18 had a fever, nausea, abdominal cramps, headache and foul smelling diarrhea (Dark greenish tint) 9/29/18 still fill Ill and have fever. Still have ongoing diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
