Domino's Pizza Illness

At 7 pm I ate a pizza from Domino's and then I woke up in the night with a severe stomach ache, vomited and had diarrhea the rest of the night and again in the morning and afternoon. I still feel very bad and can't swallow anything without throwing it up  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
