My fiancé and I order a pepperoni pizza and ate around 8pm. Around 5am the following morning, I woke up with an upset stomach along with cramps/pain that came and went every 15-30 minutes throughout the day. Had diarrhea 3 times throughout the day and slight headache.

Caesar Salad Illness Strikes

I ordered salad and a pizza, i didn't eat much of the pizza. I was going to save the pizza for later. I got so sick. Throwing up, Diarrhea, vomiting, shakes, chills, fever.. I got sick from the ceaser salad.
