Severe Reaction to Bread Bites

I ate the bread bites. 30 sec after my stomach started giving me intense pains. I woke up vomiting at least half a gallon of projectile. For the past 3 days I have extreme dizziness to the point where every step I take I feel I'm going to fall  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
