Salad Bar Sickness Symptoms

My husband made a salad at the salad bar and hours later he wasn't feeling very well, by 2 am he was throwing up, had diarrhea, chills and body aches. He was finally feeling a bit better by the next afternoon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache
