Thursday, (I think) Coffee I usually enjoy tasted putrid & instantly caused diarrhea urge which led to three days of bleeding and bowel instability.  Had pizza beforehand which may have been a factor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Bloody Stool, Stomach Pain
