Airport Tacos Cause Illness

I had two chicken tacos at the Earl Campbell taco truck at the Austin International Airport and I have had watery diarrhea and nausea vomiting for a day and a half. That’s the only food I ate. Still sick. Not sure if we need to go to emergency room.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
