Ordered chicken tostada salad about 6:30 pm. Went to bed at midnight & got up at 12:30 am with severe stomach pains.....vomited about four times & had fever for several days. Did not seek medical care from a dr.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
