I also had a gluten meal on Emirates from Manchester to Dubai August 21 but was also 24 hours before the sickness and diahorea properly kicked in .. had to be seen to by hotel nurse and given anti sickness / Imodium | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
