Airline Meal Causes Illness

Myself, partner, mother in law and son all ate the cold chicken and cucumber meal. My neice is the only one who didn't. Apart from my neice we are all vomiting, diarrhea with bad stomach cramps. We all flew from addis to Manchester and within 24 hours became unwell  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
