Food Safety Reports: Famous Wok, U.S. 30, Greensburg, PA, USA

Got the food Monday at 1pm ate it about 30 minutes later. Stomach started hurting pretty bad a couple hours after. Few hours later vomited violently. It continued thru the night got sick 3 times each time was really bad. Made me week, feverish. It's now tue. Still not feeling good.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Weakness
