For the past week I have been noticing severe abdominal cramps, diarrhea, bloating and nausea after eating Lucky Charms. I returned back to my favorite lucky charms and noticed the same symptoms all over again. I have a sensitive GI tract and GERD to begin with but never suspected it was the cereal. Obviously it the cereal. Especially since I switched off to another cereal and was fine for several days, once returning back to it, the symptoms persisted.
