I dined at Chili’s in Greensburg, PA on June 23, 2025. During my visit, I ordered one margarita, a glass of water, chips and salsa, and the chicken fajitas. I noticed the margarita tasted different than usual, but I did not think much of it at the time.Later that evening, I began feeling unwell. From June 24 through July 2, I experienced persistent gastrointestinal symptoms, including unpredictable and severe diarrhea, abdominal pain, and a sudden, urgent need to use the restroom. These symptoms disrupted my normal eating habits, limited where I could go, and interfered with my ability to work.
From July 3 to July 13, the severe diarrhea subsided, but I continued to experience stomach pain and sudden bowel urgency. The prolonged nature of these symptoms caused significant concern, as I feared potential long-term digestive issues. I did not begin to feel somewhat normal again until July 14.
This was an extremely distressing and disruptive experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Gas
