I ate 1/2 avocado for with 2 eggs and English muffin. With in 6-8 hours I had cramping, diarrhea and blood in stool. Cramping and blood gave me concerned so went to the doctors. Blood work came back good, now awaiting for fecal test  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloody Stool

and the symptoms subsided. I returned back to my favorite lucky charms and noticed the same symptoms all over again. I have a sensitive GI tract and GERD to begin with but never suspected it was the cereal. Obviously it the cereal. Especially since I switched off to another cereal and was fine for several days, once returning back to it, the symptoms persisted. Drank a grande vanilla latte around 815 in the morning, by 2pm I was vomiting. I have been vomiting, almost nonstop, for almost 16 hours. I’m sure this is the cause of bad milk! Two of my coworkers have the exact symptoms that hit almost at thr same time- they had lattes too!  | Symptoms: Vomiting
