I ordered Wendy’s last night and ate the chicken Asiago sandwich and this morning I woke up with terrible stomach pain and threw up several times and I’m still having diarrhea.I’m also experiencing weakness and a headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Stomach Pain
