We had exactly the same myself and daughter, we were very ill and suspected because the food is almost cold everywhere. Fatigue, diarrhea, vomiting for 48 hrs but felt yuk for days and lost 4 days of our holiday

We are currently at the hotel and myself and my partner are poorly with the same symptoms. The hotel said they have had no other cases.

My whole family suffered food poisoning. 4 Adults and 2 children. 2 weeks later I am still sick. Baby had to be taken to hospital in Tenerife. The staff are poorly trained I think and are ignorant of the health consequences of poor practice . We were there from 27 Nov to 4 th Dec.

We are at the hotel now and my husband has had severe vomiting and diarrhea all night. The hotel has said no other cases, I am going to see the Manager today, don't know what else we can do.

Just back home. 5 out of 6 of us have had violent D&V! completely ruined the holiday. I seemed to have more vertigo type symptoms and wasn’t actually sick. Just felt it. My daughter and I were the same, I didn't put my face near the pool water. Both felt really ill and couldn't keep awake as well as S&D. We felt it was due to food not ever being hot, even if we were first in the buffet, still almost stone cold. Lovely resort but definitely put a downer on our holiday for a few days as I spent 4 or 5 days in the room either Ill myself or looking after daughter. Hope you managed to enjoy some of the break like we did (shows we're outstanding).

Here now and I had 24 hrs of diarrhea, now today my 12 year old daughter has been violently sick all day. Food is mostly cold when it should be hot, snack bar barely edible and I love junk food! chilled food I.e. meats/cheeses covered with flies. It would appear nothing has changed! First holiday we've ever got sickness and diarrhea. Stunning place with out of this world hotel entertainment, what a shame!
