Bread Causes Family Illness

My family and I went last night to eat at Fernandez the Bull Cuban restaurant. And three of the four of us all came down with severe vomiting and nausea by 11:30 pm. And two still have diarrhea and abdominal pain. The only food we all ate in common was the buttered bread.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
