Sub Meal Causes Illness

Stopped at 4:00 wed 9/18 and had a Hook and ladder sub. Only thing I ate and about 12 midnight woke with stomach ache, diarrhea and vomiting for 3 hrs. After had headache and nausea. This lasted for 24hrs and no appetite.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain
