Had a meatball sub on June 13th, 2023 and ate it at 6:30 at night and woke up at 3:40 in the morning the next day and was vomiting, with diarrhea and nausea and chills.

My husband and I both got sick after eating subs from firehouse. Violent vomiting, dehydration, fatigue, and chills. Started Friday evening, it is now Sunday morning, and finally starting to feel better.
