Food Safety Reports: Five Guys, Center Drive, Medford, OR, USA

I'm not totally sure if it was 5 guys or the watermelon I ate. I ate a grilled cheesebuger and fries at around 4. Watermelon at home around 6. About 7 I started getting a headache and nausea with diahrea then vomiting around 2am ugh! Called in sick today still cramping?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
