Team Lunch Causes Illness

We ordered food for a company lunch. I ended up in the ER with fluids needed. 5 other team members are also having symptoms of vomiting. This must have been mainly the glow bowl and another bowl that got people sick as others who did not eat the bowls did not get sick.

I think it was portobello mushrooms About an hour til I started to feel nauseous, vomited all day long the next day, nausea and weakness the next 2 days. I was the only one of my family who got sick, but I ordered something different than them.
