Bought several large tomatoes from Food City. My wife had slices of the tomato this morning for breakfast. We at the exact same everything else except for the tomato. Around 6 hours later vomiting and diarrhea. Only difference was that tomato.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
