Lucky Charms Illness Alert

I had a bowl of Lucky Charms for a quick snack before bed and woke up with stomach cramps and severe diarrhea. A colleague of mine remembered reading an article about this. I guess I will not be eating not-so Lucky Charms anymore.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
