Gnocchi Causes Vomit Fest

My wife and two kids had gnocchi this afternoon which just turned into a vomit fest hours later. I think it was the gnocchi but who know. I think I’m going to puke. It’s every where in all bedrooms. I might get a hotel tonight.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
