Got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of BBQ chicken at around 11:30 PM Monday June 23. Around 12:30 AM started to get extreme stomach cramping and vomiting. 100% severe food poisoning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
