At a coffee shop and small resturant here, The food was the last thing I ate 3 days ago. I've had terrible diarrhea and stomach cramps. Some throwing up.I bought peptol bismal for diarrhea.. After 24 hours I was and still able to hold water down as long as I sip it  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
