Spicy Salsa Suspected Illness

I ate 2/3 tacos last night. My boyfriend picked them up, so I don’t know exactly what kind they were. And he didn’t get sick so I’m assuming it had to deal with the salsa because he got one that was spicier than me.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
