Was planning to eat in park, but sandwich was cold - took it homeland heated in microwave around 12:25. By six, stomach felt funny, by 11:30 explosive diarrhea and painful cramps, cold chills, dizzy. Lasted forever - until 9 am. Effects still two days later. I think…
