Yesterday at lunch , Only thing I ate. Are it for lunch after a few hours my stomach was upset. Then diarrhea started and when I got home I threw up. Then I was throwing up and diarrhea for hours now just diarrhea

I ate a classic mixed plate woth honolulu and molokai chicken, I ate half for lunch and then half a few hours later. Later that night i felt sick and was constantly throwing up throughout the night and next day and had diarrhea
