Yesterday at lunch , Only thing I ate. Are it for lunch after a few hours my stomach was upset. Then diarrhea started and when I got home I threw up. Then I was throwing up and diarrhea for hours now just diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
