Ate around 130 pm. Ordered the nachos. Got home and became violently ill round 5pm throughout every orifice of my body. Chills stomach cramps vomiting diarrhea sweating | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
