Nachos Cause Hospital Visit

12/31/21 at the Tesoro's hotel. 2nd time. Possibly from the nachos with chicken they said. went to hospital. It was terrifying. I have been there 5 times or so last year and poisoned twice. I think/hope it was that my stomach has not been the same post covid.
