Ate lunch/supper at 4 o clock yesterday…it was good but I woke up this morning having to get up to go to the bathroom to puke and also sitting on the toilet at the same time having diarrhea. Help. How do I soothe my stomach  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
