I ate breakfast, at this location. By lunch, I was loosing my appetite. Lunch,Christmas Eve, was the last thing, I successfully ate, with no issues other then getting full fast. I do have a stiff neck, (REALLY STIFF),runny nose & sneezing but, I have taken 4 Covid test. All of the Covid tests, turned out negative.I also have had a horrible head ache, that slams me, behind my left eye. The headache comes & goes. The headache may be unrelated. My kidney hurts and I am excessively salivating and running a fever. I am starting, to not be able to tolerate fluids, either now.I have thought, I was dying, right then and thought I was poisoned. My temperature went at least to 101.5. I have not thrown up at all.

This was the only food, that i ate, that no one else ate too. Being a holiday we had about 10 people in the house at all times so food was prepared for everyone. No one else got sick in my family. My boyfriend took me out to eat and we eat different things . I had pancakes with syrup, scrambled eggs and hash browns with shredded cheddar cheese. i am just now starting to get over this were i can eat again. I hope no one else on the other hand has to feel like this. I thought I had been poisoned and/or that I was dying. ADPH is suggesting to these customers that may need the hepatitis A vaccine or immune globulin to reduce their chance of illness.

He ordered some kind of omelet & after taking a few bites said it tasted tainted. He didn't eat much more of it. That afternoon on the way home he was miserable. The FSIS announced that Hillshire Brands Company of St. Joseph, Mo is recalling approximately 15,876 pounds of blended meat and poultry smoked sausage products due to potential contamination with bone fragments. This product was shipped to retail stores in California, Maryland, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina,... See More Pennsylvania, and Virginia. There has been one reported oral injury associated with the consumption of this product.
The recalled product is:
- 14-oz. cryovac package containing one rope of "HILLSHIRE FARM SMOKED SAUSAGE MADE WITH PORK, TURKEY, BEEF" with lot codes in the form of the establishment number, line number and time of production in hours:minutes:seconds, "EST. 756A 20 19:00:00 through 21:59:59 and EST. 756A 21 19:00:00 through 21:59:59" and use by date of "Nov 11 23" printed on the front of the package.
This product was produced on June 14, 2023, and bears the establishment number "EST. 756A" printed on the front of the package.
The problem was discovered when the firm notified FSIS that it received consumer complaints regarding bone fragments in the product. Also, FSIS received one consumer complaint regarding this issue.
FSIS is concerned that some products may be in consumers' refrigerators or freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them.

Health authorities are investigating ten cases clinically suggestive of food botulism linked to the consumption of artisanal canned sardines in the Tchin Tchin Wine Bar in Bordeaux, France. In detail, the patients exhibited symptoms consistent with food botulism. The initial case, a woman in her thirties, experienced non-specific signs when she first arrived at the Bordeaux University Hospital. However, she later suffered respiratory paralysis at home without a chance to return to the hospital. Cases have been identified not only in France but also in Spain and Germany. It is believed these cases also trace back to the same Bordeaux source of contamination.
The matter came to light after substantial administrative action against Tchin Tchin Wine Bar. All of the restaurant's canned goods have been seized, revealing issues with control in the canned manufacturing process. An analysis of all seized goods is expected by the upcoming Friday. To date, the food symptoms blame the sardines, which were served as is, like tapas.
"Despite the prompt response, it is estimated that around ten additional cases are possible due to the quantity of potentially contaminated product served by the restaurant," stated Thierry Touzet, deputy director of the departmental population protection directorate. Information has been distributed to health professionals by the Ministry of Health to quickly identify new cases. Victims of botulism potentially face long-term effects, especially if they suffer infectious complications. However, a botulinum antitoxin is available that can help shorten hospitalization time.

While I was eating it I thought it was tasting funny to me. So I did not eat anymore of it. I threw it away. Plus what was left in the refrigerator. Within an hour I started feeling Nauseous & Pains in my stomach. Then in a while I ended up with soft stools, then Diarrhea and then all liquid. From around 5:30 until 1:15 in the morning. I lived in the bathroom as soon as I would walk out the door I would have to turn around and go right on the toilet again. I became so exhausted. But yet I couldn't go to sleep. Cause I was constantly going into the bathroom. I have never been so sick in my life. I also had a lot of gas in my stomach I was burping a lot and it smelt like gassy lettuce & Chicken.
