on March 24th I purchased a pizza from Hungry Howie's it was a extra cheese and and mushrooms after me and my girlfriend ate the pizza we were severely ill for 4 days in bed with diarrhea nausea and constant vomiting  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
