on Sunday, July 7, my husband brought home food for us. I ordered a Double double, and a fry. My husband ordered his usual order. Later that night I had explosive diarrhea and vomitting.

Ate 2 Hamburgers @ 8:30 PM...... woke up @ 3:00 AM with bad nausea & vomiting & diarrhea. Vomiting lasted 1.5 hours.

I'm reporting about my husband he had in and out yesterday at around 4:30 and like just an hour a little over an hour later he started vomiting a lot excessive vomiting and or diarrhea and also dizziness and really excruciating cramping so we're sure it was that the in-n-out burger.

Grab a double double on the way home. Woke up the next day feeling horrible until I vomited and had an upset stomach the entire day.
