Pizza, I ate at about 7:11 pm. I had serious cramps in the lower and middle of my abdomen and after the cramps episode I had diarrhea. By the way if this helps, I did have constipation for about 3 weeks before this all happened.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Constipation
