Had tacos for lunch 18 July. Felt fine all day. Went to sleep and woke at 145-2am where I spent the next four hours vomiting with diarrhea. Also had cold sweats and chills. Finally subsided around 6am. Drained all my energy.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
