Jack n the box Centralia WA. Started feeling sick 6 hours after I ate here. Within 12 hours I was throwing up and had chills. Then the diarrhea started and sweating. This place should be shut down!!!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
