Taco Illness: Diarrhea, Headache

I ate tacos, an hour after I had diarrhea. I also felt a little ill and a slight headache. I know it was the tacos because I had a homemade sandwich for lunch 7 hours ago and I never get sick from sandwiches.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache
