11/6/2021. Approximately 8pm., Cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets Ate cheeseburgers. 1 HR later puking and diarrhea. 1 HR later, my 4 yr old started projectile vomiting chicken nuggets. Several times  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
