Fever, Diarrhea Post Sandwich

I ate the sandwich at 1 pm I started feeling gassy around 5 or 6 pm. I had diarrhea at 7. By midnight I was miserable with a fever and having to stay near the bathroom. The fever finally broke around 10AM  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Gas
