I ordered my food through Door Dash but I picked it up on my lunch break and since I ate it the #6 with a large curly fry with a strawberry shake I’ve had vomiting diarrhea cramps

Strawberry Shake Illness Report

I drank a strawberry shake at this location on Tuesday 10/11/16. Later that night I experienced diaherria, fatigue, chills, fever, body aches and vomiting. Did not eat or drink anything prior or after that. Three days later still feeling effects.
